According to reports, 52-year-old Lee Stargle of Russell Springs was arrested shortly after 5 Sunday afternoon on a warrant charging him Rape, 1st degree involving a child less than 12 years of age. Stargle was arrested on the arrant by Deputy Sheriff Luke Hughes and was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
