Two former daycare workers in neighboring Wayne County no longer face charges after the Wayne County Grand Jury chose not to indict them Tuesday, according to reports.
In April, Diana Willett was charged with child abuse after a video surfaced, allegedly showing her using a doll to taunt a crying child at Wendy’s Wonderland in Monticello.
According to court documents, the daycare was aware the child had a fear of dolls and small animals.
Tasha Cox, another daycare employee, was accused of videotaping the incident and was charged with failure to report child abuse.
