An Ohio man was arrested Saturday night on Lake Cumberland and charged with several offenses, including a felony.
Fish and Wildlife Officer Zack Carney arrested 61-year-old Stephen Valli of Ohio shortly after 9 o’clock Saturday evening and charged with boating under the influence. The arrest on that charge also led to charges against Valli of Assault, third degree, a Class D felony, along with resisting arrest and first degree disorderly conduct.
Valli was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center by officer Carney shortly before 10 o’clock Saturday evening.
