The Russell County Grand Jury returned indictments against eleven people Tuesday, according to the Russell County Circuit Clerk’s office.
- Lisa Mann of Old Columbia Road in Russell Springs was indicted on two counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief.
- James Magness of Somerset was indicted on a controlled substance possession charge and three traffic offenses.
- Willie Rodgers of Russell Springs was indicted on a charge of failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry, second offense.
- Joseph Sizemore of Jamestown was indicted on a charge of flagrant non-support of a child.
- Jeremy L. Owens of Liberty was indicted on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- Linda Mahone of Bowling Green was indicted on charges of possessing a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and a traffic offense.
- Alyssa Fields of Russell Springs was indicted on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and hindering prosecution or apprehension.
- Christina Gossage of Russell Springs was indicted on a controlled substance possession charge.
- Arnet Irvin of Russell Springs was indicted on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- Brian T. Stephens of Stephens Ridge Road was indicted on charges of flagrant non-support of a child and being a persistent felony offender.
- Rosalino Santos of Russell Springs was indicted on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse.
