The Russell County High School Site-Based Decision Making Council is scheduled to meet this afternoon.
The council will meet at 3:30 in the library conference room at Russell County High School.
Among the items on the agenda are the school activity report and bank statements, along with a review of the school’s SEEK funding report.
Council members are also expected to discuss the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan which is due October first. That discussion will include the school’s executive summary and school safety report.
Other new business includes a needs assessment and reviews of policies covering committees, instructional practices and wellness.
The council will also revisit the daily schedule and policies dealing with technology use, discipline, state-standards alignment and program appraisal.
A closed session is listed on the agenda for a personnel consultation involving personnel or vacancies. The meeting will also include an opportunity for public comments before adjournment.
