Mark Dunbar, of Russell Springs, passed away Monday, August 17, 2026, at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. He was 63 years of age.
Born August 21, 1962, in Somerset, he was a son of Jerrie Hurt Dunbar and the late Danny Dunbar.
Survivors include a daughter, Traci Dunbar, of Columbia; his mother, Jerrie Dunbar, of Russell Springs; three grandchildren, Ashlin Stargel, Rowen Dunbar, and Kobi Ramsey; two brothers, Todd Dunbar, of Russell Springs, and Barry Dunbar, of Indiana; and his best friend, Bonnie Burton, of Russell Springs.
Cremation rites were honored according to the family’s wishes. No services are planned at this time.
