Meyer sworn in as newest officer in Jamestown Police Department

The Jamestown Police Department has a new police officer.

Corey Meyer was sworn in by Mayor Regena Hinton as the department’s newest officer yesterday.

Meyer graduated from the law enforcement training academy in 2020 and previously served as a deputy with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
