Two Columbia residents were arrested early Thursday morning on drug-related charges in Russell County.
According to the Russell County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Devin Blakey arrested 51-year-old Tommy Latch and 52-year-old Susan Rae Livers.
Both were charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana. Latch was also served with a warrant for failure to appear in court.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
