The Russell County Schools Local Planning Committee will hold a public forum and meeting on Monday.
The public forum gets underway at 5:30 Monday at the Russell County ANC in the room above the pool. Those attending should enter through the main doors of the ANC.
The meeting is an informal gathering to encourage local participation through community suggestions relative to future use of existing school facilities and construction of new school facilities.
Community suggestions or recommendations will be closely monitored by the Local Planning Committee. The Local Planning Committee will meet immediately following the public forum.
