School board to meet this evening

The Russell County Board of Education will meet this evening.

The board will meet at 5:00 in the room above the pool at the Russell County ANC.

The board is expected to hear a proposal request for the marching band practice area project as well as an Athletic Director’s report on future needs and priorities.

The meeting is open to the public. We’ll have more from the meeting on tomorrow’s local news.
