The Russell County Middle School Baseball and Softball teams picked up victories last night.
The Lakers defeated Green County 14-4.
Asher Bennett led the way with 4 hits and 3 runs batted in. Riggs Richardson finished with 2 hits and 3 runs batted in. Jacob Fudge and Ben Bell each recorded 2 hits and 2 RBI.
The Lady Lakers defeated Green County 5-4. Aspen Stearns finished with a hit and 2 runs batted in. Lillian Davis, Molly Clark, and Ava Aitken each drove in a run for Russell County.
