The Russell Springs Police Department is investigating a collision on Bernard Lane Saturday night that resulted in a Russell Springs man being transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital.
Police say it happened at around 10:00 Saturday night near Tractor Supply. They say a man, identified as Vasim Vasim of Russell Springs, was traveling on an E-Bike when he was struck in the rear by a vehicle operated by 21-year-old Kila West, also of Russell Springs.
Vasim was transported to Russell County Hospital, and then transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital for treatment of injuries.
Russell Springs Police say West did leave the scene of the collision, but said the department is continuing to investigate the incident.
