Progress is being made on the Bankers Field of Dreams in Russell Springs.
The project involves some significant renovations to one of the existing fields at the city park to design a new field aimed at providing greater accessibility for special needs children in the community.
The City of Russell Springs is patterning with multiple local banks to fund the project.
Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas said the field will provide a unique, accessible space for the community.
