More details have been released regarding the arrest of a Tennessee man in Columbia this past weekend.
Columbia Police say they responded to a report of a woman being held at knife point inside a moving vehicle on the Cumberland Parkway Saturday night just before 10:45.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle on the parkway, and conduct a traffic stop and investigation leading to the arrest without any injuries from the individuals involved.
35-year-old Christopher T. Short of Clarksville, Tennessee was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment first degree, unlawful imprisonment first degree, carrying a concealed weapon while having a previous felony offense with a deadly weapon, and other charges.
