A Russell Springs man was arrested in Adair County Tuesday night.
26-year-old Liston C. Richardson was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and charged with wanton endangerment first degree.
Richardson was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just after 9:15 Tuesday night.
