Russell County Schools is utilizing NTI again today.
After initially announcing plans to return to the classroom today, Superintendent Michael Ford announced last night that plans changed due to refreezing of several roadways and slick conditions leading to traffic issues.
Some other area school districts have also cancelled in-person classes.
Today will be an NTI day for Adair County Schools.
Casey County Schools are closed the remainder of the week. Today and tomorrow are traditional snow days.
In-person classes are cancelled for Pulaski County Schools today.
Wayne County Schools will be utilizing NTI the remainder of the week.
