Russell County Search and Rescue is a key resource for the community during winter storms, particularly when it comes to transporting essential workers to and from work, as well as transporting patients to necessary medical appointments.
Money said if roads become slick as expected, he encourages people to avoid being on the roads unless absolutely necessary and be prepared for winter weather before it hits.
