Lady Lakers pick up win over Casey County

The Russell County Lady Laker Basketball team picked up another win last night, defeating the Casey County Lady Rebels by a score of 60-38.

The Lady Lakers were led by Aniyah Coffey, who finished the night with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists.

McKenna Ccamaque had a big game for Russell County, finishing with a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Addy Abrell scored 14 for the Lady Lakers and had a team-high 4 steals.

The Lady Lakers now prepare to host Lincoln County Friday night in the Kentucky 2A regional. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00.
