Whitley County woman arrested on drug, theft charges

A Whitley County woman was arrested by Russell Springs Police last night.

22-year-old Amber Miller of Rockhold was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication of a controlled substance, and theft by unlawful taking.

Miller was arrested by Officer Kendall Catron with the Russell Springs Police Department. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 7:15 last night.
