Latham to seek reelection as District Judge

Judge Scarlett B. Latham of the 40th Judicial District, which covers Russell, Clinton, and Wayne counties, has filed paperwork to seek reelection next year.

Latham was first elected as District Judge in 2010 and will be seeking a fifth term in office.

District judges are a non-partisan office.
