An Adair County man was indicted on multiple charges including possession of child pornography.
25-year-old Austin Beard of Adair County was indicted by a grand jury last week on 5 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12 years old and 5 counts involving a child between the ages of 12 and 18.
Beard was also indicted on charges including procuring or promoting use of a minor by electronic means.
Beard was arrested by Kentucky State Police in August following an investigation which revealed he was sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
