April Dawn Weston, of Somerset, formerly of Russell Springs, passed from this life Thursday, July 31, 2025, at her home, in Somerset. She was 41 years of age.
Born April 18, 1984, in Campbellsville, she was a daughter of Fred and Patsy Cooper Rexroat. April was employed at Downtown Deli, in Somerset, and she truly enjoyed the many aspects of her job with the restaurant and catering business. She had a special place in her heart for Sky Hope Recovery and opportunities they provided for a better life. April was a special person, and she dearly loved her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include three sons, Kori Weston and Aidan Weston, both of Russell Springs, and Maddox Piercy, of Maryland; three daughters, Amya Piercy and Khya Piercy, both of Maryland, and Willow Ratliff, of Windsor; her parents, Fred and Patsy Rexroat, of Russell Springs; brother, Cobe Rexroat, of Russell Springs; sister, Brandy (and Chris) Roberts, of Windsor, paternal grandparents, Oris and Alvada Rexroat, of Russell Springs; special friend, Beth Hopper; as well as many other close family members and friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM CST Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Leonard Pierce officiating. Burial will follow in New Friendship Cemetery.
Visitation will begin after 12:00 PM Wednesday and continue until the time of services.
Chris Roberts, Donnie Cooper, Ronnie Cooper, Tony Rexroat, Ronald Dewayne Cooper, and Anthony Frost will serve as pallbearers.
