Below is a letter from Russell County Schools Superintendent Michael Ford regarding SB 181, which goes into effect Friday.
Here is the waiver from the school district that parents can sign to permit electronic communication outside of the traceable system. One waiver has to be signed for each school district employee the parent/guardian wants to permit to be able to communicate electronically with their student.
