Two teenage boys have been taken into custody in connection with a homicide reported August 12th in Pulaski County.
Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says deputies were called to a residence on Lower Line Creek Road, where Sherri Mitko was found deceased. Investigators say Mitko had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
The Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division responded to the scene and began gathering evidence and developing information in the case.
According to Sheriff Jones, investigators obtained enough evidence and information to charge both teens with murder on Sunday, August 16th.
