A Russell Springs man was arrested early Saturday following the execution of a search warrant as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
According to the Russell County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Stone Bolin obtained the warrant for a residence just north of Russell Springs Elementary School.
Based on evidence allegedly discovered during the search, Hatter was arrested at approximately 4 a.m. and charged with second-offense trafficking in fentanyl, second-offense trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hatter was also served with a Green Circuit Court indictment charging him with drug trafficking in that county.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
