Today is the final day of the Russell County Jaycees Fair.
The fun gets underway early with inflatables for kids opening up at 9 this morning and kids say events getting started at 9:30.
The horseshoe pitching contest gets started at 10, the Farm at the Fair Petting Zoo will open at noon, and the pedal tractor pull will take place at 12:30.
Horse racing will take center stage at 2 this afternoon.
There will be a cornhole tournament at 3, and the Russell County Derby is set to take place at 4:30 this afternoon.
The Kentucky State Fair Talent Classic will take place at 5 this evening.
The main event tonight will be the rodeo on the main track, which gets underway at 7.
Closing ceremonies and giveaways will take place at 10 p.m.
