First responders were called out to a two-vehicle collision in Jamestown Friday morning.
Jamestown Police say they were called out just before 9:15 Friday morning to a wreck at the 127 Bypass intersection.
Police say 42-year-old Matthew Pugh of Jamestown was operating a 2018 Jeep that struck a 2018 GMC pickup operated by 59-year-old William Jameson.
Both drivers refused EMS transport at the scene.
Police say Jameson was cited for no registration plates and failure to maintain insurance.
The Jamestown Fire Department and Russell County EMS assisted at the scene.
