Ruth V. Cook, 97, of Jamestown, passed away Thursday, March 13th, at Fair Oaks Health Systems.
Ruth was born in Jamestown, KY on May 1, 1927, a daughter of the late Effie (Elmore) and Marvin Mann.
She was a member of Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church.
Ruth is survived by.
a daughter, Kathleen Jackson (Jim), of Jamestown, KY.
She is also survived by 2 granddaughters Vicki Coffey and Delania Hogue, 2 great grandchildren Nathaniel and Megan Coffey
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband John Earl Cook,
sisters, Amy Hadley, Irene Helm, and Barbara Fields,
brothers, Bobby, Cordell and Charles Mann.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 16th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Randy Brown officiating.
