Loy signs with WKU Football

Russell County senior Owen Loy made it official Friday afternoon, signing to play football at Western Kentucky University.

Loy was a three-year starter at quarterback for the Lakers, finishing his high school football career with 45 total touchdowns.

Loy also plays basketball and baseball for Russell County.
