Russell Springs man arrested on multiple charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested on multiple charges early Saturday morning.

44-year-old Christopher Fortenberry was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct second degree.

Fortenberry was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 4:45 Saturday morning.
