The Russell County Lady Lakers fell in overtime to South Warren at home last night by a score of 64-63.
Four Lady Lakers finished with double figures in the scoring column, led by Aniyah Coffey with 15 points. Addy Abrell scored 13 for the Lady Lakers, and Addison Hart and Natalie Bartrug each finished with 12 points. Bartrug finished with a team-high 10 rebounds.
The Laker Basketball team will be in action tonight, hosting Mercer County. Tip off for tonight’s game is scheduled for 7:30.
Both teams will be back in action on Thursday at home for a district doubleheader with Clinton County.
