An Adair County woman was hospitalized and is facing multiple charges after she reportedly led police on a pursuit while two children were inside her vehicle.
Kentucky State Police said a trooper attempted to perform a traffic stop on 28-year-old Breanna Hatcher on Burkesville Road in Glasgow Wednesday night after the trooper reported Hatcher was speeding.
Hatcher reportedly fled from the trooper, and the pursuit went into Warren County. The pursuit ended in Smiths Grove when Hatcher’s vehicle left the roadway and overturned.
Hatcher was injured in the wreck and taken to Vanderbilt University Hospital. The two children inside her vehicle were not injured, according to state police.
Hatcher faces multiple charges from the pursuit, including wanton endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor, criminal abuse of a child, fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, and other charges.
