Lakers defeat Wayne County; Lady Lakers host McCreary Central tonight

The Laker Basketball team defeated Wayne County at home last night by a score of 70-60.

Mayes Gosser led Russell County with 28 points on the night, followed by 22 points for Owen Loy.

Logan Walters and Dylan Stanelle each added 7 points in the victory.

The Lady Lakers will be at home tonight, hosting McCreary Central.

The JV game will get underway at around 5:30 with varsity tip-off at around 7 p.m.
