Bicentennial Kickoff Celebration is tomorrow

Tomorrow is the kickoff celebration for Russell County’s Bicentennial.

Tomorrow’s event will take place at the Russell County ANC and will feature students from Russell County’s Gifted and Talented program reenacting historic events from Russell County and also will feature artwork from local students.

Gifted and Talented teacher Susie Stephens was on Community Conversations on WJRS this week to talk about tomorrow’s big event.

The event is open to the community and admission is free.
