10 indicted by grand jury

A Russell County Grand Jury handed up indictments yesterday.

Those indicted included the following:

Jeremy Parr, age 44 of Jamestown, charged with two counts of assault third degree, menacing, disorderly conduct second degree, terroristic threatening third degree, assault fourth degree, and being a persistent felony offender.

Rodney Holmes, age 38 of Russell Springs, charged with criminal mischief – first degree.

Dixie Turpin, age 36 of Liberty, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

Antonio Marco Guzman, age 33 of Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

David Guffey, age 45 of New Castle, Indiana, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Joshua J. Hacker, age 37 of Booneville, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended license, illegal possession of a legend drug, and being a persistent felony offender.

Allison N. Prather, age 37 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leigh A. Murphy, age 33 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple traffic violations.

Taylor Grider, age 29 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, resisting arrest, and terroristic threatening third degree.

Jennifer M. Stacy, age 48 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
