The Russell Springs City Council will meet tonight for its regular monthly meeting, and it appears to be a very light agenda. Other than routine business, the council is expected to discuss an opioid class action lawsuit, and discuss the upcoming Kevin’s Kids concert. The meeting will start at 6 o’clock this evening at city hall.
