One person is dead following an apparent domestic dispute in neighboring Clinton County Saturday morning.
According to Randy Speck with WANY Radio in Albany, Clinton County 911 received a call around 11:15 Saturday of a possible gunshot victim at a residence on Wolf River Dock Road, just outside of Albany.
Officials reported that 51-year-old Wes Russell was pronounced dead at the scene.
Reportedly, his wife Elizabeth shot Russell during the dispute.
She was treated and released at Medical Center Albany for injuries she received during the altercation.
Kentucky State Police is reportedly investigating the incident and have not yet released any details on the matter
