Russell County Schools served nearly 130 thousand meals this summer

It’s been a busy summer for the Russell County Schools nutrition staff.

Jessica Holt, the district’s director of school nutrition, spoke to WJRS News about the summer meal program the district operates. Holt said district staff served nearly 130 thousand meals this summer.
