Local authorities made a pair of arrests over the weekend.
According to reports, Russell Springs Police arrested 33-year-old Leigh Ann Foley of Russell Springs Friday night on multiple charges.
Foley was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to use a child restraint device in a vehicle, and other traffic charges.
Foley was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before midnight.
A Somerset woman was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office Friday night.
According to reports, 55-year-old Regina Whitmire was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, criminal trespassing third degree, fleeing or evading police second degree, resisting arrest, terroristic threatening, and falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement.
Whitmire was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11 Friday night.
