RCMS Lady Laker Soccer wraps up regular season with win

The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Soccer team wrapped up its regular season with a victory over Wayne County Friday.

The Lady Lakers defeated the Lady Cardinals by a score of 4-0.

Addison Coffey scored 3 goals for Russell County, and Bella Blakey added another.

Misha Gregory finished with 5 saves.

The Lady Lakers finish the regular season with a record of 15-2.

The Lady Lakers begin district play on Tuesday as the 2 seed, taking on the 7 seed Meece Middle School at 5 p.m. CT at Somerset High School.

Semi-finals will be played on Thursday with finals on Friday.
