An Adair County grand jury released indictments yesterday.
Those indicted include the following individuals:
- Corey T. Caldwell on a charge of criminal abuse second degree with a child under the age of 12.
- Autumn S. Powell on a charge of criminal abuse second degree with a child under the age of 12.
- Edward Thomas Jolly on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
- Michelle L. Corbin on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and assault fourth degree – domestic violence.
- Ranney Coleman Dykes on charges of possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespassing third degree.
- Hailey M. Tate on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jesse Clay Abell on charges of second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving a stolen firearm, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Tynesia Jawanna Stonewall on a charge of theft by failure to make required disposition of property.
- Kayla Marie Jewett on a charge of theft by deception $10,000 or more.
- Joshua Lee Bradshaw on a charge of receiving stolen property between $1,000 and $10,000 and being a persistent felony offender.
- Andrew K. Bolin on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, improper display of registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain insurance, no registration receipt, and improper registration plate.
