The Laker Soccer Team faced off against Taylor County in the 2A tournament last night.
Taylor county started off with a goal early in the first half, but in the 22nd minute, Will Pratt found Alex Maradiaga on the left wing who placed a left footed strike over the Taylor County Keeper, bringing the game to 1-1.
This was the last time the Lakers would see the back of the net. The Laker defense played phenomenally, unfortunately the Cardinals scored 3 more goals, bringing the final score to 4-1.
The player of the game was awarded to Mynor Chic-Radilla.
