A Russell Springs man was arrested Tuesday night on burglary and other charges in neighboring Adair County, according to jail records.
Anthony C. Dowell, age 27, was taken into custody by Kentucky State Police on charges of burglary 1st degree, criminal mischief 2nd degree, and theft by unlawful taking or disposition-firearm.
Dowell was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
KSP Trooper Matt Brumley was the arresting officer.
