A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Wednesday on drug charges.
Ronald Litteral, age 31, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belt, and obstructed vision and/or windshield.
Litteral was arrested by Trooper Scott with Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before noon on Wednesday.
