Two men charged with murder and other lesser charges had their pretrials and trials scheduled following appearances in court earlier this week in Jamestown, according to court records.
Jason Clark, 43, who was charged with murder in the October 2018 shooting death of Brandy Johnson in Russell Springs will have his pretrial hearing on August 27th with his trial scheduled for November 1st.
David Johnson, 39, who was charged with murder in the June 2018 shooting death of Coty Lawhorn in Jamestown will also have his pretrial hearing on August 27th with his trial scheduled for January 31st, 2020.
