Two Russell County students earned awards at the Lake Cumberland Area 4-H Communications Competition in Taylor County this week.
Kendall Melton received Grand Champion and Blue Ribbon in the Senior Speech – Agriculture category.
Gracie Kerr received Grand Champion and Blue Ribbon in the Junior Demonstration – Family & Consumer Sciences category.
Both will be advancing to the state competition in July.
