10 indicted by grand jury

10 people were indicted by a Russell County grand jury this week.

Melina Bell, age 47, of Russell Springs and Trevor Taylor, age 29, of Whitley City, charged with human trafficking.

Taylor was also charged with rape third degree, sodomy third degree, and persistent felony offender. Bell was also charged with complicity to rape third degree and complicity to sodomy third degree.

Allen Hash, age 37, of Somerset, charged with sodomy first degree, incest, and two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor first degree. One of the unlawful transaction charges alleges illegal sexual activity, while the other alleges the use of illegal controlled substances.

Christie Lambert, age 51, of Jamestown, charged with assault second degree.

Colt Sagracy, of Russell Springs, charged with three counts of rape first degree, three counts of incest, and four counts of unlawful transaction with a minor first degree.

Gregory A. Thomas, age 44, of Russell Springs, charged with fleeing or evading police first degree, tampering with physical evidence, wanton endangerment first degree, reckless driving, speeding 10 mph or more over the limit, persistent felony offender and other traffic violations.

Jonathan G. Robinson, age 35, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, no insurance, and other traffic violations.

David L. Hollenbach, age 43, of Louisville and Krista Lynch, age 41, of Jamestown, charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree and theft by deception – $1,000 or more.

Shantale Kimbler, age 28, of Russell Springs, charged with three counts of bail jumping first degree.
