Russell County Clerk Patti Glover announced at this week’s fiscal court meeting that the clerk’s office will turn over more than $157,000 in excess fees to the fiscal court.
That was a little higher than projected, as Glover initially estimated the clerk’s office would turn over around $140,000.
The motion to approve the excess fees turned over to the fiscal court was unanimously approved by magistrates at this week’s meeting.
