Russell Springs planning to bid out major water project next month

The City of Russell Springs is planning to solicit bids for a major water project as early as next month.

Mayor Eddie Thomas provided WJRS News with more details on the project, and where the city wants to begin work at.

The Old Columbia Road area has some of the oldest water lines in the city, which has led to multiple water issues. That is the main reasons city leaders want to start the project in that area.
