Russell County woman arrested for allegedly abusing/neglecting an adult

A Russell County woman was arrested early this morning and charged with knowingly abusing or neglecting an adult.

45-year-old Regina Roy was arrested by Kentucky State Police this morning and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 1:15 a.m.
